These terms govern your use of Thrift Bay, a platform where people list new and used items and contact each other. Thrift Bay doesn't sell items, handle payments, or arrange delivery.

You must give accurate information when you register, keep your password private, and only post items you own and may legally sell.

You're responsible for your listings and messages. Don't post prohibited items, misleading content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms or our Prohibited Items Policy.

Deals happen directly between buyers and sellers. Inspect items in person and never pay in advance.
